Grill Brick

The GRiLL-BRiCK Cleaner is a simple, reusable way to clean flat-top grills without chemicals, screens, or disposable pads. It's non-porous, non-toxic, and built to be used over and over a more economical and environmentally friendly alternative to single-use griddle screens and chemical cleaners. No assembly, no handles, and no need to power down the grill: just scrape, clean, rinse. NSF certified for commercial use on non-coated flat grills.

How to Use

1. Scrape – With the grill still hot, use a scraper to remove food debris and grease from the surface.
2. Coat – Apply a light oil coating to the grill surface.
3. Clean – Hold the GRiLL-BRiCK™ Cleaner with a cloth (never bare hands) and clean using a back-and-forth motion with light pressure. The one-piece design is easy to grip and maneuver — no heavy scrubbing needed.
4. Rinse – Scrape away all cleaning residue and rinse the surface with potable water before cooking on it again.

Note: Always hold the brick with a cloth, since the grill and brick surface will be hot during cleaning.
