Fireboard Food Probe (SF311T)

The Fireboard Food Probe is designed to deliver precise temperature readings in meat and food, ensuring accurate cooking results. With its sharp tip, the probe can be easily inserted into the food for quick and reliable temperature monitoring.

Probe type: 100K Thermistor. Probe Temperature Range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C). Specifications: 6 ft. cable, 5 in. long probe, 90° angle, 4mm. diameter.

NOTE: When you remove the probe from your meat, be sure to NOT place directly onto the  hot grill grates. The grates are far hotter than the probes are rated. This will damage the probe over time causing it to eventually fail. This is the cause to almost all probe failures.
