Official VAQ-137 Rooks Aggressor Squadron Patch

Official VAQ-137 Rooks Aggressor Squadron Patch — Playing the Bad Guy So the Fleet Gets Better

The Rooks switched sides — and the fleet's electronic warfare training got a whole lot harder.

Electronic Attack Squadron 137, the Rooks, have served in the aggressor role, providing realistic electronic warfare opposition for fleet training exercises. Flying the EA-18G Growler, VAQ-137 replicates adversary electronic attack tactics, jamming friendly forces' radar and communications to stress-test fleet defenses. The aggressor mission is critical to combat readiness — by simulating enemy electronic warfare capabilities, the Rooks ensure that every carrier strike group that deploys has been tested against the most realistic threats possible.

Perfect For: VAQ-137 aviators, electronic warfare enthusiasts, aggressor squadron fans, and Navy tactical aviation patch collectors.

The Rooks play dirty so the fleet fights clean.
