• SF675T - "Long" Probe - 3" in length - probe type: 100K Thermistor, temperature range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C), 1.8mm in diameter
• SF628T - "Short" Probe - 1" in length - probe type: 100K Thermistor, temperature range: 0 to 572°F (-18 to 300°C), 1.8mm in diameter

NOTE: When you remove the probe from your meat, be sure to NOT place directly onto the  hot grill grates. The grates are far hotter than the probes are rated. This will damage the probe over time causing it to eventually fail. This is the cause to almost all probe failures.
