The Drip EZ Rest EZ® BBQ Blanket is a dedicated meat resting tool designed to retain heat and moisture during the resting phase of the cook. Built with a durable exterior shell and a heat-reflective interior lining, the blanket is sized to accommodate large cuts including brisket, pork shoulder, whole birds, and rib racks. A heavy-duty zipper with an extended opening range allows large cuts to be loaded and unloaded without difficulty, while the wide-mouth design provides easy access throughout.

The heat-reflective interior lining works to keep heat contained around the meat during the rest period. At 21.25" L x 16" W x 8" H, the blanket provides enough interior space for large-format cuts commonly prepared on smokers and charcoal cookers.

The Rest EZ® BBQ Blanket is hand wash only with soap and warm water and should be air dried fully before storing. It is not intended for use inside an oven, on a stove, on a grill, or in a smoker and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
